This new pneumatic inserting/feeding system is designed to handle 2 mm to 8 mm thick leaflets at high speeds!
It can be configured to accommodate packaging line equipment—driven by chain or toothed belt from packaging machinery at a 1:1 ratio.
It can also be used off-line with an independent motor drive.
Preloading is continuous based on delivery belt length.
An electronically controlled ejector transfers the leaflets.
It can transfer up to 400 leaflets/min.
