The Vijuk Multi-BookPad System is made up of three automatic programmable units which operate in-line to make book pads or will operate independently for specific needs. It is programmable and stores up to 30 jobs for recall. It accomplishes what no other machine can at this level.

Makes up to ten book pads in a single cycle
The MultiStitch Unit makes up to 20 side stitching steps in a cycle, up to 3/4" thick – within a 23-1/2" span. (20 mm thick depending on stock or material)
The MultiTape Unit wraps tape over the stitched end, using paper, kraft, clothnet or plasticized tape.
The automatic MultiCut guillotine cutter makes up to 20 cuts within the 23-1/2" span–cutting cleanly through the tape–making up to 5,000 cuts per hour. It can be used to cut adhesive bound booklets from perfect binders or Docutech machines.

Ideal for a variety of uses
The multi-bookpad system is ideal for checkbooks, form or receipt books, raffle ticket or coupon books, swatch books, etc.
The setup is quick and easy.
A sequential delivery unit is available for collecting numbered pads in numeric order.
Production speed is 600–1000 bookpads/hour, depending on size and number of stitches.
Beginning bookpad sizes: min 4-3/4" x 2-3/4"; max 16-7/8" x 17-5/8".

Tailor it to your needs
There are various models and many optional attachments to increase or tailor production to meet your needs. Units and attachments can be purchased independently and used alone or with other equipment to solve certain needs.
