This machine is ideal for high-volume, high-precision production of labels and other exterior die cut items.

High-quality production...
Heavy-duty construction and complete hydraulic operation ensure years of reliable, high-quality label production.
Paper, pre-cut slightly larger than the label, is loaded on the table of the cutter. In one quick stroke the ram pushes the loaded stock into the hollow die. The die cut pieces go through the die onto a delivery rail where they are collected for packing. Trimmings fall down into a waste receptacle.
Die changeovers are quick and easy for time and labor savings.

Wide ram automatically adjusts to feed table while maintaining uniform punching pressure for superb control and registration of stock.
"No-flex" arm secures the die in place to attain consistent quality of die cut pieces.
Processes a wide variety of stocks.
Feed table is adjusted with an exterior control button.

Safe operation...
Emergency STOP button immediately stops machine cycle when there is a malfunction.
Safety light (sensor) stops machine cycle when there is an erroneous intrusion.
Master control panel is centrally located for operator convenience.
