Computerized hydraulic operation ensures high-speed, precise production of envelopes and other large-size products requiring exterior die cutting.
Die cuts a wide range of stocks, including foiled paper.
Efficient, accurate production...
The rotating die head is programmed to step and repeat die cutting while spinning around to follow the layout of envelopes.
A mechanism in the die head lowers to hold the paper in position for accuracy before the die cuts the envelope. This device remains on the cut product until the die head is raised, leaving the cut product in position with the trimming.
An arm moves both the cut product and trimmings to the stripping table where the waste is removed and the product is stacked.
A hand-held remote control unit is provided for added operator convenience.
Benefits of computerized operation...
Setup is performed in a matter of minutes.
Jobs are easily programmed and stored.
Previous jobs are readily recalled for rerunning.
Allows labor-saving, one-person operation.
Substantial savings...
Step-and-repeat process with rotating die head achieves substantial paper savings.
Die cuts from full press sheets which saves material, and pre-cutting time and labor.
Safety features...
Emergency STOP button, located on the master control panel, is accessible when the machine malfunctions.
Safety light (sensor) immediately stops machine cycle when activated.
