The new Cartonac 2000 leaflet folder is designed to meet today's demand for higher production and larger leaflets.

Attaches directly to the cartoning or packaging equipment line, using the line's drive at a 1:1 ratio, but can be switched to a 1:2 ratio for running longer sheets.

The new continuous-load, suction-roller feed system with airblast ensures consistent paper advancement.

Adjustable suction nozzles placed exactly on the edge of the sheet increases operational reliability.

An extended feeder table with air allows higher pile height even with longer sheets.

Setups and changeovers are faster with quick-set folding rollers, using caliper devices.

Adjustable folding pocket knives enhance folding of all types of paper.

Scoring rollers are adjustable, independent of the belt shaft.

It can be equipped with 4 or 6 folding plates.

Production speed is 25% higher–up to 500 sheets/min depending on size.
